Brian Bradshaw serves as the President of GRAP Restoration and brings more than 21 years of hands-on experience in commercial, residential, industrial, and medical facility restoration. With extensive knowledge of the restoration and insurance industries, Brian specializes in large loss restoration and is committed to helping property owners navigate challenging situations with confidence and clarity.
Brian is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is highly experienced in Xactimate estimating. As a licensed general contractor and licensed public adjuster in Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina, he has spent the last 16 years working within the insurance industry, advocating for property owners and ensuring they receive what they are rightfully owed.
Known for his commitment to customer service, Brian believes in clear communication, honest assessments, and delivering reliable solutions every step of the way. His dedication to both his clients and his team has helped establish GRAP Restoration as a trusted name in the industry.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Kari, and their three children, Lawson, Beau, and Kate. Whether fishing in the Gulf or relaxing on the lake with family, he values making lasting memories with the people who matter most.
